Translucent

A process that blasts or sands transparent plastic surfaces to create a translucent matte effect. Suitable for parts that need to diffuse light evenly — such as lighting diffusers and covers — or parts requiring a matte translucent appearance. Not suitable for parts requiring full transparency or those made from opaque materials. The degree of translucency may vary depending on the intensity of surface treatment, and fine surface details may be lost during the process.
