Article 3 Purpose of use of results

The company provides a service that manufactures the 2D or 3D design file received from the user as it is, and does not verify the method, prototype, or purpose of use of the file. Therefore, the user is solely responsible for the use of such products.

1. Copyright Infringement: In the case of illegally creating, copying, or distributing a work created by another person, the user is responsible for the copyright infringement.
2. Manufacture of illegal items: The manufacture of guns, swords, explosives, spray guns, electroshock weapons, crossbows, etc. is prohibited unless a person has obtained a license to manufacture guns, swords, explosives, spray guns, electroshock weapons, crossbows, etc. The manufacture or sale of simulated guns is also prohibited. The user is responsible for the manufacture and sale of the product. In addition, if it is found and discarded during customs, refunds for the order are also not possible.

Article 4 Defective Goods and Refund Criteria

All of our manufacturing services are customized to the user. Therefore, order cancellation or refund due to a simple change of mind after manufacturing has started is not possible. For detailed refund criteria, please refer to Service Usage Information > Refund Standards and Procedures.

Article 5 Obligation to notify before revision

The above order terms and conditions are effective from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions or corrections of changes according to laws and policies, notices will be made at least 7 days prior to the implementation of the changes.
