Refund Policy
Since most of Creallo's manufacturing is custom, refunds for a simple change of mind aren't possible once production starts — here's how we handle each situation.
※ Refund requests can only be made within seven days of the receipt of the item.

Refund Procedure
Please use the Inquiry for problematic orders.
If you submit an inquiry with a picture and description of the problematic part, the person in charge will review it and respond. It is recommended that you check for any problems immediately after receiving the product. When making an inquiry, please prepare the following in advance for smooth processing.
· Photos of the damaged/deformed product
· Photos of the exterior of the shipping box
· Photos of the inner wrapping paper
Return Procedure for Printed Materials
A refund or reprint will be processed after the "tracking number" is confirmed. Please send the product that you require a refund for using the original packaging.
