  Small tires were produced using TPU-like material with vacuum casting. Vacuum casting is a manufacturing method specialized for small batch production. We make a silicone mold based on the master product and cast out the parts as if replicating it. It is suitable for producing about 20 parts at a relatively low cost and time. Since it is a method of curing liquid resin in a mold, it has the advantage of being able to manufacture similar to the mechanical properties of actual injection molded plastic rather than 3D printing, which is additive manufacturing.
