TPU Rubber Part Prototype

  These parts were manufactured using TPU-like material. TPU is often used in mass production as a substitute for materials such as rubber. Processing TPU materials using 3D printing, which is additive manufacturing, is not recommended because you can see layers on the surface. It is not possible to process flexible materials such as TPU using CNC machining.
For the prototyping of flexible materials such as TPU, vacuum casting, which is produced by curing liquid resin, is the most optimal solution.
