SUS 303 is an austenitic stainless steel containing chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) like SUS 304, and the components of the two are almost the same. SUS303 has added sulfur (S), so it has better machinability while maintaining the properties of 304. However, it has low corrosion resistance and strength, causing fatigue failure.
