AL6061

A6061 is a Mg-Si alloy. Because of its good corrosion resistance, it is used as a structural material for bolt and rivet joints. It is inferior to the strength of welded joints, but by taking T6 treatment, the reinforcement dimension can be brought to a considerably high value.
